I hold a Diplom (MS equivalent) in mathematics. I am a business consultant, head of the insurance department, and member of the management team of BeOne Group GmbH in Stuttgart. I chose BeOne because I can combine our customers’ expertise with my own skills and knowledge in a dynamic and customer-oriented environment. I am currently working on helping a life insurance company implement cost-effective, transparent processes and products based on standardized professional solutions to improve its position in the market. I worked with my colleagues in this area to develop various concepts and solutions for standardized control and implementation of business processes as part of customer projects. 
What inspires me at BeOne is, first and foremost, the creative approach to the potential of its human resources; the trust that our customers in the insurance business are now extending to us, sometimes even at the board level, as well as the resulting possibilities for professional development.

I am currently working on a project for a customer in the automotive industry (OEM), involving the development for control devices for the drive train (engine control, transmission control, after-treatment of exhaust gases, drag-braking management). My job is to support the customer regarding reporting, configuration management and release planning. By giving me a variety of assignments in different fields, BeOne offers me an opportunity to expand my horizons and develop my skills beyond the purely technical level.

AI have a degree in business information systems and am involved in IT consulting at BeOne.
In addition to managing customer projects, my day-to-day business as a senior consultant includes the following tasks:

- Preparing quotes
- Designing concepts
- Assisting in acquisition activities

My current projects focus on individual CRM (Customer Relationship Management) solutions integrated with SAP R/3 and supported by mobile terminal devices (PDAs).
The combination of concept work and management, along with the chance to work on technical development projects, means that no two days at BeOne are ever the same.

Peter Wältken, Stuttgart

I hold a Diplom (MS equivalent) in computer science and have been working for my customers as a senior consultant for over 15 years. My areas of specialization are system-level programming, operating systems, system integration and automation. It’s really important to me to be in constant contact with the customers to develop an optimum solution for and with them.
In the past few years, my scope of duties has increasingly shifted to the intersection of IT and the automotive world.
What I find especially appealing about this shift in my work is that it gives me a chance to connect the perspective of successful engineers with the requirements and approaches of computer science.
BeOne offers me the framework I need to be successful doing this kind of work. BeOne’s flat hierarchy and the direct contact with my supervisors are also important factors for me.
