From 0 to 300 in 4.0!

Although this figure sounds like the acceleration curve for a jet engine, it’s actually describing something just as exciting and dynamic: the skyrocketing number of employees working for the BeOne Group.

Founded in Fall 2004, BeOne looks forward to welcoming its 300th employee later this year, just 4 years from the day it first opened its doors. BeOne plans to augment its current roster of 284 full-time employees with another 30 or so new hires this year to keep up with growing demand for consulting services and implementation of technical and process-related projects and services.

BeOne is also outpacing the market in terms of growth: the German market as a whole grew by roughly 12 percent in 2007, while the top 25 companies in the industry did somewhat better, growing approximately 14.6% (2007 sales vs. 2006 sales, Source: Lünendonk). BeOne’s incredible growth of approximately 31% significantly outperformed both the market and the top 25! “Naturally, we’re exceedingly pleased that we’ve established ourselves in the market so quickly as an independent company,” comments Heiko Brosy, CEO of the holding company.
