Aircraft
The aerospace industry faces major technological challenges due to an increasing passenger volume, a broader range of airlines in the marketplace—from low-cost carriers to VIP services, and increasing energy and raw materials costs. Helping customers maximize their cost effectiveness while providing improved comfort to passengers requires us to consider new technologies and materials as well as new tools and processes. The last few years in particular have been marked by many large-scale projects to modernize aircraft fleets worldwide to meet the demands of both today and tomorrow. This affects not only aircraft manufacturers, but also their suppliers, who are constantly having to deal with new requirements and challenges.

BeOne Hamburg Engineering Office
The Hamburg engineering office is perhaps the clearest proof of just how seriously we at BeOne take our responsibility to implement concepts we have developed. Using an extensive toolset, our engineers handle many responsibilities for airlines and aircraft manufacturers, including 2D and 3D design and development, parts lists compilation, and control tasks. We conduct quality tests on data models and equipment that our customers receive from external partners, and we define, specify and document cabin equipment.
Our engineering office has a direct data link to one of the world’s largest aircraft manufacturers, and customers particularly appreciate our consultants’ commitment to quality, dedication to their work, and ability to meet deadlines.
BeOne demonstrates particular competence in the areas of implementing 3D tools in 2D design processes, feasibility studies, functional and assembly analyses, FEM analyses of carbon fiber reinforced plastic and metal-based components, weight optimization and basic research.
