Quality Management; Online Monitoring Tool (for Business Processes)

We developed a quality management monitoring tool for use at aircraft manufacturing facilities.

The challenge was to develop a reporting system with automated process monitoring that would work in a heterogeneous data landscape. The system also had to be accessible via Intranet.

BeOne managed the project and implemented the process monitoring system. To solve the problem, BeOne built a consolidated database with sufficient data quality for process monitoring using the data warehousing approach. We found and implemented a suitable monitoring and reporting system to provide automatic process monitoring. We took the customer’s “make or buy” strategies into consideration as part of the project management process.

This project automated the customer’s business process monitoring and management reporting and saved the customer money. The BeOne tool freed up the resources previously involved in manual reporting. In addition, the tool offers visual transparency throughout the FCO process chain.
