Project Management: Cabin Design in Aircraft Construction

In a project for a leading company in the airline industry, our job was to manage the entire industrial process of customized cabin design for various, multi-class aircraft fleet. In this context, an aircraft fleet is a group of aircraft with the same design built for one customer.

To complete this project, BeOne headed an international project team that controlled the entire design and production process. The project covered the recording of customer requests, cabin definition, custom development work, supplier relationship management, and cabin manufacture.

We had to guarantee the exact delivery date and perfect quality while staying on budget. We were able to help the customer manufacture and deliver three aircraft fleets while meeting these objectives
