Infotainment Outsourcing

The problem involved helping an OEM outsource software development for series production.

Our customer’s concept was to have a tier 1 supplier and another outsourcing partner continue existing infotainment development in the series production phase.

In this project, we provided the following support to the customer, starting in the supplier selection phase:

1. Prepared RFPs for suppliers and structured the work packages to be tendered
2. Selected suppliers based on a matrix of criteria and held workshops on supplier selection
3. Implemented outsourcing on an operations level and implemented target processes

Thanks to our methodical approach and in-depth knowledge of the OEM environment, BeOne was able to successfully complete the project to the satisfaction of the customer.
